With over two decades of dedicated experience in the painting and coatings industry, Will's journey is a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence. His immersion in the field began in 2000 when he started as an apprentice, embarking on a journey that would span 11 years with his previous company. During this time, Will diligently honed his craft, completing a rigorous four-year apprenticeship program that covered painting, wall covering, and decor.
In 2012, Will joined the SCS family as a Foreman, leveraging his extensive experience and demonstrating a natural aptitude for improvement. His progression within the company was swift, moving from leading multiple projects as a Superintendent to joining the Sales Team as a Project Manager in 2018. Will's remarkable ascent serves as an inspiration to the field team members at SCS, embodying the ethos that with hard work, commitment, and a thirst for continual learning, opportunities are not only available but achievable.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Will, alongside our East Coast team, actively participates in industry events, regularly attending gatherings hosted by the Construction Association of South Florida and Associated Builders and Contractors in the area. In his spare time, Will extends his commitment to community service, having volunteered for the Rebuilding Miami fundraiser with Turner Construction, further showcasing his dedication to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
