Phillip enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and being outdoors riding side-by-sides and four-wheelers.
Hailing from Kentucky, Phillip made Southwest Florida his home over four decades ago. After graduating from Labelle High School, he pursued higher education at Edison College (now Florida Southwestern), earning his Associates Degree. Phillip's career journey began with Darden Restaurants, where he played a key role in training staff and developing team members for new locations across the country. Transitioning to a managerial position, he later shifted gears after the birth of his first child, embracing a sales role at John Deere. With a commitment to continuous growth, Phillip joined SCS in 2015 as a Project Manager focusing on industrial projects, utilizing his sales acumen and business skills. In 2020, recognizing his contributions, Phillip earned a well-deserved promotion to Senior Project Manager, now overseeing new construction projects from our Fort Myers location.
Phillip's dedication to the construction industry extends beyond his professional role. Having previously served on the FGCU Construction Management Committee for two years, he actively mentored a graduate from the program's inaugural year. Additionally, Phillip played a pivotal role in facilitating an internship opportunity at SCS for an FGCU student, imparting valuable insights into project management, budget analysis, and job site involvement.
