Fun Fact:
Patty was born and raised in Jamaica, moving to the East Coast of Florida when she was a child!
Patty hails from a legal background - she obtained her Bachelor degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and worked for various law firms, mostly specializing in trial work/insurance defense in the Tampa area. Following her experience in the legal field, she went on to work in aviation for an FAA repair shop in Fort Myers, FL, for nearly 15 years. She started at the aviation company as their Office Manager but quickly transitioned into a Human Resources role as she realized her passion for people!
Patty joined the SCS team nearly 5 years ago as our Human Resources Manager. She illustrates her care and commitment to our employees every day. Since being here, she studied hard to receive her SHRM-CP certification. She is now a member of the SHRM National as well as the Fort Myers local chapter.
If she isn't working and helping our employees, you can find her helping the community through her church as she loves helping and serving others. You may also find her on the beach, spending time with her family and her dog!
