Kyla is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in customer service and the hospitality industry. Currently, she holds a pivotal role at SCS, where she has dedicated her skills for the past year and a half as our Contract Administrator. Armed with a bachelor's degree in administration and management, Kyla brings a wealth of knowledge to her professional endeavors.
Kyla's journey began in Santa Monica, California, where she was born. A significant turning point occurred when a devastating earthquake struck her neighborhood, prompting a move to Fort Myers Beach. This relocation was spurred by her step-father's opportunity to work as a musician on a casino boat. Although she may not frequent the beach as much as before, owing to her busy schedule, Fort Myers Beach remains an integral part of her identity and the place she considers home.
Beyond the confines of the workplace, Kyla's true passions lie in spending quality time with her family, exploring new destinations through travel, and seeking thrills in amusement parks. However, her commitment to community service is equally noteworthy, as she actively participates in the Mike DiCarlo Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the Fort Myers Beach Community.
