Hailing from Colombia, Jorge embarked on his journey to the United States approximately eight years ago. His affiliation with SCS spans six of those years. Back in Colombia, Jorge delved into the realms of engineering, seamlessly balancing work commitments while pursuing his education. Eager to enhance his skills, Jorge remains committed to perpetual learning. Currently, he is dedicated to refining his verbal and written communication through English studies at a local college.
Jorge's professional trajectory at SCS commenced as a field team member, and he swiftly transitioned into a pivotal role within the warehouse. In recognition of his dedication and capabilities, Jorge achieved a significant milestone in 2022, earning a well-deserved promotion to Assistant Purchasing Manager for our Sarasota location.
